1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and phbuenas ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phbuenas website, mobile platform, and all associated services.
By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager on phbuenas, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the phbuenas platform.
These Terms should be read together with the phbuenas Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and phbuenas.
Note: These Terms are written in English as the governing version for all legal purposes. phbuenas operates in the Philippines and all disputes will be handled under Philippine jurisdiction.
2. Eligibility
To open and use a phbuenas account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in online gaming activities under Philippine law and regulations.
- You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf.
- You must be physically located within the Philippines at the time of placing bets or engaging in gaming activities. phbuenas is not licensed to operate in all jurisdictions, and access from outside the Philippines is not authorised.
- You must not be listed on any government exclusion or self-exclusion register applicable to online gaming in the Philippines.
- You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of phbuenas or any of its affiliated third-party service providers, including game providers and payment processors.
phbuenas reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point to confirm eligibility. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is completed.
3. Account Registration
3.1 One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) phbuenas account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited. If phbuenas identifies duplicate accounts linked to a single individual, all accounts may be suspended immediately, pending balances may be forfeited, and the matter may be escalated for further review.
3.2 Accurate Information
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and keep it updated throughout your use of phbuenas. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and email address. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phbuenas login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. phbuenas will not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have not taken reasonable steps to protect your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify phbuenas support immediately.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)
In compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, phbuenas may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or upon account review. Accepted documents typically include a government-issued ID (passport, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence), a proof of address, and where required, source of funds documentation. phbuenas reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until KYC requirements are satisfied.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
phbuenas accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. All transactions on phbuenas are denominated in Philippine Pesos (₱). phbuenas does not accept cryptocurrency deposits at this time.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your phbuenas wallet in real time. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay are typically credited within the same business day; PESONet transfers may take one to two business days. phbuenas will not be responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
4.3 Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount at phbuenas is ₱100. Specific payment channels may have their own minimum transaction amounts which take precedence where they are higher than the platform minimum.
4.4 Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya are processed within the same business day for standard amounts. Larger withdrawals may be subject to an additional review period. phbuenas reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal where there are grounds for enhanced due diligence.
Important: Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances and will be refused.
4.5 Currency and Taxes
All balances, bets, and payouts on phbuenas are in Philippine Pesos (₱). Players are solely responsible for any tax obligations that arise from gaming winnings under Philippine tax law. phbuenas does not provide tax advice and recommends consulting a qualified professional if you are uncertain about your obligations.
5. Betting Rules
5.1 General Betting Rules
All bets placed on phbuenas are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, slots, poker, fishing games, and esports each operate under their own additional rules which are published on the relevant product pages. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules prevail for that product.
5.2 Bet Acceptance
phbuenas reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. This includes but is not limited to situations where there are grounds to suspect irregular activity, where a bet would exceed published liability limits, or where technical errors affect the display of odds.
5.3 Errors and Technical Faults
If a bet is placed or accepted due to a manifest error in odds, a software malfunction, or a data feed failure, phbuenas reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the player's account. This applies to both pre-match and live in-play bets. phbuenas will not be liable for any losses, direct or indirect, arising from technical errors on the platform.
5.4 Match Abandonment and Postponement
Specific rules for match abandonment, postponement, and mid-event incidents are set out in the sports betting product rules. As a general principle, bets are voided and stakes returned if an event does not complete under the conditions required for settlement. phbuenas follows official results as declared by the relevant governing body for each sport.
6. Bonuses and Promotions
6.1 General Bonus Conditions
phbuenas offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome deposit bonuses, cashback offers, referral bonuses, and leaderboard prizes. All promotions are subject to these Terms and the specific conditions published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any discrepancy, the promotion-specific terms apply.
6.2 Wagering Requirements
Most bonuses at phbuenas are subject to a wagering requirement — a specified multiple of the bonus amount that must be wagered before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are stated on each promotion. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before completing the wagering requirement will result in those funds being forfeited.
6.3 Bonus Abuse
phbuenas actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, placing low-risk hedged bets to artificially fulfil wagering requirements, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, phbuenas reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and suspend the account concerned.
6.4 Referral Programme
The phbuenas Refer a Friend programme allows existing players to earn commissions by referring new players. Commissions are calculated based on referred players' qualifying activity and are paid in accordance with the programme terms published at phbuenas.net/refer-a-friend. Referral bonuses may not be claimed for referring oneself under a different identity.
7. Responsible Gaming
phbuenas is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. The platform provides the following tools, all accessible from your account settings:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your phbuenas account.
- Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a specified period of active play.
- Reality Checks: View a summary of your betting activity and net win/loss at any point during a session.
- Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from the platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for their duration.

8. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on phbuenas and constitute a material breach of these Terms:
- Using the platform while under the age of 21.
- Registering or maintaining more than one account.
- Providing false or misleading information during registration or at any point during KYC verification.
- Using any form of automated software, bot, script, or algorithm to interact with the platform.
- Attempting to exploit software errors, system glitches, or technical faults for financial gain.
- Engaging in or facilitating money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal activity through the platform.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any activity that compromises the integrity of sports or gaming events.
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including in poker games or any multi-player product.
- Attempting to access phbuenas from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
- Using phbuenas funds for any purpose other than lawful personal gaming activity.
Where prohibited conduct is identified, phbuenas may take immediate action including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, reporting to relevant authorities, and civil or criminal legal proceedings where warranted.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, and materials on the phbuenas platform are the intellectual property of phbuenas or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the phbuenas platform without express written permission from phbuenas. Unauthorised use of phbuenas intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phbuenas will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical faults, losses arising from reliance on incorrect information displayed on the platform, or losses caused by unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security of your credentials.
phbuenas's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents will not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits phbuenas's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
11.1 By phbuenas
phbuenas reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, that account activity is suspicious, or that continued operation of the account poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players. Where an account is suspended pending investigation, phbuenas will endeavour to notify you and communicate the expected timeline for resolution.
11.2 By the Player
You may close your phbuenas account at any time by contacting customer support at support@phbuenas.net. Prior to account closure, any outstanding wagering requirements attached to active bonuses must be completed or the bonus balance will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method once identity verification requirements are satisfied.
12. Changes to These Terms
phbuenas reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. Continued use of the phbuenas platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect. We recommend reviewing this page periodically so you are always aware of the current version.
